Health is important to me and something that easily became a passion. Educating myself through herbal medicine led me down the path of taking my health into my own hands. I believe education is power, advocating for our health and making small conscious decisions lead to greater impact. Get Well Soon Herbs formulations are designed to be an easy addition to your wellness regime. They are formulated for the everyday person in mind. I was always someone who thought health had to be this extreme facet in your life. Sacrifice is what I thought health meant I.e; bringing your own meals to dinner parties, working out 5 hrs a day, counting every calorie…you get it. But with trial and error I have realized being healthy means accepting yourself for how you are, loving your body properly, looking inwards to reveal what your body is asking you. My formulations are here for whatever chapter you are currently in and I hope they bring ease into your lives.
